Securing a Date

Reservations require an executed Contract with a Non-refundable Deposit of $400.00 and a Security Deposit of $250.00. The Security Deposit will be returned after the event. The remaining balance of the rental fee is due 60 days prior to the date of the event.

Maximum Number of Guests

Maximum number of guests is 130. Only one event per day is booked.

Curfew

End time for all events is 11:00 P.M.

Decorating

This facility is not air conditioned but is beautifully suited for any wedding or event whose main focus is outdoors. You are welcome to decorate as you wish on the exterior of the mansion including the covered porch, tented areas, ceremony areas or cocktail areas. However, The Grange is a historic building, so tacking, taping, nailing or tying to any surface of the actual building is not allowed. Candles are allowed as long as the flame is contained within glass. Sparklers and other forms of fireworks are not permitted.

Non-residents:

Mansion 4 hours — $1200
Carriage House 2-4 hours — $350

Haverford Twp Residents:

Mansion 4 hours — $1000
Carriage House 2-4 hours — $350

Additional One Hour — $350
